Automatic torque shut-off
Battery-operated torque wrenches from JUWEL are a calibrated assembly tool. The torque multiplier automatically switches off when the target torque is reached. This allows you to carry out assembly work quickly and easily.

Extremely user-friendly
In contrast to impact wrenches, battery-powered torque wrenches do not use any impact at all. This makes them comfortable to use, with no noise pollution or vibrations. It is not necessary to wear hearing protection when using battery-powered torque multipliers.

Battery-operated torque wrenches can be used in a wide range of applications. One prominent example is the regular replacement of blades in shredding machines (e.g. chippers or scrap recyclers). Spigot supports are often used to generate the countertorque reliably.

Why use a battery-operated torque wrench?
The torque multiplier works without any impact. This means that it is much quieter than an impact wrench. It also works with low vibration and precisely. With a battery operated torque wrench, you know exactly what torque you have applied to the screw.
Does a battery-powered torque multiplier need to be calibrated?
Yes, we recommend calibrating the battery-operated torque wrench once a year and checking it for wear. During this process, all the gear components are washed, checked and then lubricated again.
What torques are possible with a torque multiplier?
A cordless torque multiplier can be used to apply torques from 50 to 15,000 Nm. With batteries of up to 12 Ah, you can continue to work even at high torques.

The areas of application are many and varied. In principle, torque wrenches can be used wherever there are screws.
