All Juwel brand torque wrenches are tested and calibrated before being sent to our customers. For this purpose, you will receive a torque protocol with the respective measured deviations. If your torque wrench has exceeded the test interval or unexpected inaccuracies occur during screwing, we will be happy to calibrate your device quickly and easily. The turnaround time depends on the current workshop workload, but is usually approx. 1-2 weeks. This can also be done more quickly by individual arrangement.
